White Sands Treatment offers a variety of benefits to employees and will help you attain excellence in your career with us, so we have partnered with U.S. Enrollments to assist you. An important part of your compensation package is the employee benefits made available to all eligible employees. Take the time to review the important information on this site so you can make informed choices when electing benefits. Eligible employees are benefits eligible on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.

Speak with a Benefits Counselor through the Call Center at 813-303-1387 prior to your eligibility date.

Important Items!

- White Sands Treatment has selected Cigna as your healthcare benefits provider. Click here to learn and understand your benefits and other important information you should know as you get ready to enroll. You can also learn about Cigna programs and who to call if you need additional assistance. Click on the video to meet Bill and Jill – virtual benefit assistants who can help you navigate.
- White Sands Treatment provides FREE Life Insurance to every employee. It will be mandatory to call and speak with a benefits counselor to enroll in or decline your benefits. You must also designate a beneficiary for your Life Insurance.
- If you experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE), contact HR within 30 days of the event.
