White Sands Treatment offers a variety of benefits to employees and will help you attain excellence in your career with us, so we have partnered with U.S. Enrollments to assist you. An important part of your compensation package is the employee benefits made available to all eligible employees. Take the time to review the important information on this site so you can make informed choices when electing benefits. Eligible employees are benefits eligible on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.

Speak with a Benefits Counselor through the Call Center at 813-303-1387 prior to your eligibility date.

Step 1: Log in to www.employeenavigator.com.
• Returning users: Log in with the username and password you selected.
• First-time users: Click on your Registration Link in the email sent to you by the admin, or register as a new user. Create an account and create your own username and password. Company Identifier: TBTWS
Step 2: Welcome! After you log in, click Let’s Begin to complete your required tasks.
Step 3: Onboarding (For first-time users, if applicable). Complete any assigned onboarding tasks before enrolling in your benefits. Please note: The self-service site is available 24/7, and you can modify your benefit elections only during Open Enrollment or if you experience a Life Event. However, you may access to download your benefit confirmation statement.

• White Sands Treatment has selected Cigna as your healthcare benefits provider. Click here to learn and understand your  benefits and other important information you should know as you get ready to enroll. • White Sands Treatment provides FREE Life Insurance to every employee. It will be mandatory to call and speak with a benefits counselor to enroll in or decline your benefits. You must also designate a beneficiary for your Life Insurance.
• If you experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE), contact HR within 30 days of the event.
